Gigi Hadid & Zayn Malik Headed For A Split? Plus, Louis Tomlinson Spotted With Perrie Edwards

Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik have only been dating for a few months, but already, the former One Direction star’s alleged insecurities are shining through. According to a new report, Gigi Hadid’s boyfriend has set strict rules for her to abide by when out of town despite his own questionable behavior.

“He wants [Gigi Hadid] to be back in her hotel room by midnight when they’re apart,” a source told OK! Magazine on February 25.

Just days ago, with Gigi Hadid hard at work on runways around the globe, Malik was seen looking “bleary-eyed” while leaving the Warwick club in Hollywood with his model girlfriend nowhere to be seen. Still, Malik has reportedly taken the initiative with Gigi Hadid to ensure she doesn’t leave him for someone else.

“This is a bold move by Zayn because he’s not exactly a saint, but it shows how controlling and insecure he is about [Gigi Hadid],” the magazine’s source continued.

While Gigi Hadid seems to be a good girl, the magazine pointed out that she’s had a somewhat sketchy dating history. In fact, Malik may have been her fourth boyfriend in a matter of months. At the beginning of 2015, Gigi Hadid was dating singer Cody Simpson, but in May, they parted ways. Then, just weeks later, Gigi Hadid was linked to Lewis Hamilton before going public with Joe Jonas weeks after that. She remained with him for five months before starting up a romance with Malik.

“Zayn doesn’t trust [Gigi Hadid], but he would never admit it,” the source said. “Instead he’s playing with her mind by telling her he wants to be the last person she speaks to when she goes to bed. This might sound romantic, but his ulterior motive is keeping tabs on her when she’s out of town.”

Because Gigi Hadid is one of the most sought-after models of today, she’s often traveling the globe for work. Most recently, she was seen walking the red carpet in Miami for the release of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

Also on February 25, the Daily Mail shared photos of Malik’s ex-girlfriend Perrie Edwards partying with his former One Direction bandmate Louis Tomlinson.

In the wee hours of the morning, following last night’s BRIT Awards 2016, Edwards and Tomlinson were spotted together at The Box nightclub along with Edwards’ Little Mix bandmate, Leigh-Anne Pinnock. At around 2:30 a.m., after spending time at Sony’s BRIT Awards bash in London Mayfair, Edwards and Tomlinson reportedly shared a cab to another venue.

While Gigi Hadid and Malik have kept their relationship somewhat private, a source spoke out earlier this month, revealing the two are serious about one another.

“Zayn and [Gigi Hadid] are getting serious,” a source recently told E! News. “Gigi was so excited when Zayn asked her to be in his music video. They both acted very professional on set but it was very obvious that they were in love. They couldn’t stop flirting with each other. Gigi and [sister] Bella really like the fact they are in music videos with their boyfriends.”

Gigi Hadid starred in Malik’s recently-released single, “Pillowtalk,” and during the video, they were seen kissing and touching one another lovingly.

The source also claimed Gigi Hadid’s romance with Malik was different than her previous relationships.

“This relationship is very different then when [Gigi Hadid] was with Jonas,” the insider said. “Her friends think this is going to last!”
