‘RHOC’ Vicki Gunvalson Gets Big Payday When Court Orders Brooks To Pay Up

Perhaps the person who laughs last does laugh best. The Real Housewives of Orange County star has been granted a big payday from ex and con man Brooks Ayers, and it’s six figures. Vicki Gunvalson, who insists now that she has no contact with Brooks Ayers, has been granted a settlement of $132k from Ayers over the launch of their vodka line that went wrong.

According to the Inquisitr, Brooks Ayers was awarded a judgment in the same Vicki’s Vodka case that was filed with their partner, a professional poker player. Ayers won $130k from Robert Williamson III, but now he will have to hand that over to Vicki Gunvalson plus another two thousand. Although Ayers blames Gunvalson for all that went wrong in his life, he is still thought of as a con man who thought he could fool Bravo TV watchers.

Radar Online reported that RHOC star Vicki Gunvalson’s revenge is the sweetest kind: big money. But Robert Williamson felt cheated when Gunvalson brought Ayers into the partnership.

“Upon information and belief, it was the intent of Brooks and Vicki to lure [Williamson] into the purchase of Brooks interest without the good faith intent to move forward with the company and make it successful.”

Gunvalson sued Ayers because after she cut him in on the deal, he sold his shares back to Williamson in order to pay off back child support debts. But today, the judge made the final statement, and Brooks Ayers lost.

“Pursuant to an agreement between Defendant VICTORIA L. GUNVALSON and Defendant DAVID BROOKS AYERS, the Judgement has been assigned to Defendant, VICTORIA L. GUNVALSON.”

Enstarz says that the settlement against Ayers is helping reduce the stress over this situation for Gunvalson.

“Vicki does not need the stress that this season has added to her life,” a source told Radar Online last September. “Vicki has not decided yet if she wants to return to the show next season. You know, she does not need the money. [She] makes millions on her own.”

But Vicki Gunvalson won’t make the decision on whether or not to return to RHOC just yet, as it is difficult to imagine that the lying Brooks Ayers storyline will ever go away.

“Vicki is going to wait until this season is done to sit down and reassess things before deciding if she is going to continue as the longest running housewife of all time,” the source added.

Vicki Gunvalson has been accused of being part of the cancer scam, and she is still angry at Brooks Ayers for the rift in her family, according to Radar Online.

“He has caused me too much damage and heartache to ever have him in my life again,” she told Radar.

But the other ladies on RHOC still have their doubts, as they have caught Gunvalson in a number of lies. And to top it all, there are rumors around that say the couple are still in touch. But Gunvalson says this is untrue.

“Who goes around saying lies like this?” she asked. “Disgusting!!”

Gunvalson insists she is back in the dating pool, saying, “I am seeing a few other men right now and am very happy.”

But, ironically, she seems more hostile than happy, according to sources.
