Hilary Duff: Cigarette Photo Is Misleading

Hilary Duff was caught smoking a cigarette over the weekend outside of a bar in Los Angeles. Well, she was caught holding a cigarette. The former Disney star, and new mother, denies that she was smoking.

WebProNews reports that Duff, who became a mother in March, was seen holding a cigarette outside of Rock & Reilly’s Irish Pub on Friday. Her fans were a little disappointed in her but Duff insists that the cigarette wasn’t hers.

Duff wrote on Twitter:

“Yikes me holding a cigarette for my friend might have been a bad idea! pretty bummed about the photo.. Sorry guys, looks worst than it is!”

Hillary Duff is best known for playing Lizzie McGuire on the Disney show Lizzie McGuire and most of her fans probably have a tough time realizing that Duff is now 24 and a mother. Instead, they see a young Disney star smoking and drinking outside of a bar. Or, maybe they see a new mother smoking and are equally angry.
