Khloe Kardashian Weight Loss, Diet Secrets Revealed


Khloe Kardashian is looking better than ever. So, what’s the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star’s secret? In her new book, Strong Looks Better Naked, fans are learning all about Khloe Kardashian’s weight loss plan, which consists of a healthy diet, regular exercise, and waist training, as fans have seen on her Instagram page.

While Khloe Kardashian’s full commentary can be found in her book, which hit bookshelves last week, a few excerpts have hit the web, and in one particular snippet from the memoir, Khloe Kardashian’s daily diet and exercise regimen is revealed.

Below is what a typical day for Khloe Kardashian consists of, via Fashion & Style.

“5:00 a.m.: I’m up bright and early and have a huge glass of water and a black coffee.

6:00 a.m.: I’m off to the gym, ready to sweat.

8:00 a.m.: Breakfast is another big glass of water, my ideal oatmeal, and a protein shake.

11:00 a.m.: I snack on an apple with peanut butter or fruit and nuts.

1:00 p.m.: Lunch is a Chinese chicken salad.

3:00 p.m.: Snack time! Homemade hummus, chopped veggies, edamame, and another big glass of water (this time infused with fruit).

7:00 p.m.: Time for dinner. I usually keep it pretty clean, and my favorite go-to is steamed veggies and fish served with my Magic Mash-Up and a glass of water of course.

9:00 p.m.: I end my day with a bowl of fruit with plain Greek yogurt.”

The site also reported on Khloe Kardashian’s waist training, which the reality star recently spoke of on Instagram. In a caption of a photo, which featured her wearing the waist-clinching device, Khloe Kardashian told fans, “I am obsessed with my new waist shaper from @premadonna87!!! I mean how cute is this shaper?!?! Snatching my waist and looking cute all at the same time!!! I definitely feel like a superhero in this waist shaper!”

During an interview with the San Diego Union-Tribune on November 12, Khloe Kardashian revealed what keeps her motivated to work out, claiming that when she feels good, she looks good. Although Khloe Kardashian’s schedule is quite busy with personal appearances and filming for Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the longtime reality star says she always makes time to work out, simply because she enjoys it!

In the last few weeks, Khloe Kardashian has been through quite a lot. In October, her husband, Lamar Odom, was hospitalized in Las Vegas after suffering an alleged drug overdose and multiple strokes. Right away, Khloe Kardashian flew to Sin City, where she remained at Odom’s side as he struggled for days to come out of a coma. Once he did, both Khloe Kardashian and Odom were transported to Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where Odom remains under medical care.

Due to Odom’s medical crisis, which has lasted nearly one month, Khloe Kardashian temporarily canceled her book tour, which was scheduled to promote Strong Looks Better Naked, and didn’t attend any personal appearances until earlier this week, when she traveled to The Grove for her first book signing.

Khloe Kardashian has also recently resumed filming on Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Although she ceased all production after her husband fell ill, she has since been spotted filming throughout Los Angeles.
