Khloe Kardashian Releases Personal Statement After Calling Off Divorce, Tells Fans She’s ‘Excited’

Khloe Kardashian is back in action. After spending the last two weeks at her husband Lamar Odom’s bedside, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star ventured out of the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles to attend her sister Kim’s baby shower on Sunday, and now, just one day later, she’s released a new statement to fans regarding her app.

On October 26, Khloe Kardashian shared the following message with fans, via her official website.

“Thank you dolls SO much for your patience while I needed some time off. I’m excited to be back in the mix bringing you some awesome content. Your love and support has meant the world to me. XOXO, Khloe.”

Khloe Kardashian flew to Las Vegas immediately after hearing her husband had been found unconscious at a brothel in Pahrump, Nevada. At the time, the two were estranged, and preparing for their divorce to be made official. Now, however, Khloe Kardashian has thrown out her petition for divorce, and will remain at Odom’s side as he continues to recover from what is believed to have been a drug overdose. In fact, TMZ claims Odom not only suffered a drug overdose, but also a dozen strokes.

According to the report, the strokes happened early on in his health crisis, and affected his motor skills, including his ability to walk and talk. Luckily, they didn’t affect his vital organs.

At the time of the report, it wasn’t noted whether Khloe Kardashian’s husband’s strokes would have a permanent impact on the former professional basketball player, but it was noted that Odom would “undergo months of physical therapy” in hopes of restoring Odom to 100 percent.

Last Tuesday, one week after her husband was hospitalized, Khloe Kardashian broke her silence for the first time since Odom allegedly overdosed. Her statement to fans was as follows, via Hollywood Life.

“The past week has been incredibly difficult. I am so thankful to family, friends, and fans, who have sent nothing but prayers and well wishes to Lamar. I also want to take a moment to thank everyone at Sunrise Hospital, including the amazing doctors and nurses for their kindness and diligent work. Under their amazing care, incredible strides have been made. You can never be prepared for an experience like this, but without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, it would have been difficult to endure. Thank you for your continued support. God is great!!!”

Khloe Kardashian and Odom tied the knot in September, 2009, and parted ways four years later amid rumors of his alleged drug use and multiple affairs. Still, despite the allegations against her husband, Khloe Kardashian attempted to mend the relationship until filing for divorce in December, 2013. Since then, she and Odom have been estranged, but as fans have seen on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, they began speaking months ago after the tragic death of Odom’s best friend, Jamie Sangouthai.

As for their divorce, Khloe Kardashian and Odom had signed papers to officially end their marriage earlier this year, but because a judge hadn’t signed off on the paperwork, they have remained married up until this point.

For more of Khloe Kardashian and the Jenner/Kardashian family, tune into the 11th season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, premiering on Sunday, November 15, at 9 p.m. on the E! Network. Odom remains hospitalized with his kidneys on dialysis.
