Debrahlee Lorenzana Warns Lauren Odes About Gloria Allred
Debrahlee Lorenzana and Lauren Odes have a few things in common. Both women claim that they were fired from their jobs because they were too sexy and both women also hired Gloria Allred to represent them in court. According to Lorenzana, who was fired from CitiBank in 2010, hiring Allred was a mistake.
Gloria Alred has a made a career by grabbing attention grabbing cases. She represented the woman who accused Herman Cain of sexual harassment. She represented Jenna Talackovasa, the transgender beauty contestant. She appeared at press appearances with porn star Ginger Lee during the Anthony Weiner scandal. And most recently, she’s taken up a wrongful termination case with Lauren Odes and will soon be representing one of the man suing John Travolta for sexual harassment.
So when Debrahlee Lorenzana told the New York Daily News today that Gloria Allred is a publicity hound, well, let’s just say it wasn’t too surprising.
Lorenzana said:
“If I could turn back time, I would have not chosen Gloria Allred as my lawyer… I thought because she was a woman that she would really fight for me… (But) the only times I saw her was when the media was there.”
Lorenzana said that once her fifteen minutes of fame were up, Gloria Allred pulled out of the case, leaving her to fight for her own.
Allred released a statement, dismissing the accusations.
Allred said:
“Due to our legal obligations as attorneys we were required to withdraw… We did everything that we could to help her, and the many boxes of documents containing our work product and the evidence that we worked to obtain prove that we did everything that we could.”

Gloria Allred is a joke. I don't recall her actually ever winning anything. From what I've seen, she's a media blowhard with no real substance as an attorney.

From Allred's quote it doesn't make sense. I'm not a lawyer but there doesn't appear to be any real evidence to the public for withdrawal and just looking at Allred's demeanor I've seen she appears detached and uninterested. Hope the young ladies find real attorneys.

This Debrahlee Lorenzana lady is an even bigger joke than Gloria Alred. She has had two breast augmentations bringing her up to a 32D, made a documentary about it, and is quoted as saying "I want to be tits on a stick". Well congratulations miss Lorenzena, you wanted to look like a piece of meat, now you're being treated like one. Stop acting so surprised!
