‘Real Housewives’ Lawsuit: Brandi Glanville Will Represent Herself In Legal Battle Against Joanna Krupa

The Real Housewives lawsuit between Brandi Glanville, of Beverly Hills, and Joanna Krupa, of Miami, just became to pricey for Glanville. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Glanville reached out to fans on Twitter on July 29, asking for help with her ongoing legal battle against Krupa, and claiming she already spent a whopping $50,000. Hours later, the Real Housewives star told fans she was planning to represent herself.

The Real Housewives lawsuit was filed against Glanville earlier this year, after she proclaimed Krupa was suffering from a bad smell a number of times, both on Watch What Happens Live, and on the streets of Los Angeles. In addition, claimed Krupa, Glanville wrongfully accused her of sleeping with real estate mogul Mohamed Hadid, who was married to Yolanda Foster at the time of their alleged affair.

Prior to filing her lawsuit against Glanville, Krupa, who appeared on The Real Housewives of Miami for two seasons, spoke to TMZ, slamming Glanville for her irresponsible comments, and labeling her “trailer trash.”

“I think Brandi Glanville is the biggest trailer trash woman out there. I just saw on E! News her interview with Andy Cohen talking about my stuff again. She needs to get a life, okay? First of all, I’m happily married, I’m sorry that you’re so pathetic your ex-husband left you. Stop talking about me. Does she have nothing better to do in her life. It’s getting too much, like she’s trailer trash. That’s what she is. She’s so obsessed with me. She can’t stop talking about me. Why would Andy talk bad about me when she’s making stuff up to make herself famous? I don’t know what she’s doing.”

Months ago, while working with her previous representation, Glanville filed a motion to have Krupa’s case against her thrown out, but unfortunately for the mother of two, her request was denied — and not just that. As the lawsuit continues, a number of Glanville’s Real Housewives co-stars, including Lisa Vanderpump and Yolanda Foster, will be forced to testify against her.

Since Glanville appears to be in financial turmoil, one can’t help but wonder what she’ll do if she loses the suit. If she can’t afford to pay for an attorney, will she be able to afford to pay for potential damages to Krupa’s career? Only time will tell!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 6 is currently in production.
