Meghan Trainor Meets Her Doppelganger As She Wows Australian Audiences At The Logies [Video]
“All About The Bass” singer Meghan Trainor, 21, is currently on tour in Australia for her That Bass Tour. Even though she is wowing audiences at her packed concerts, she still has time left over to sneak in an appearance and performance at Australia’s television awards night, the Logies.
The 2015 Logie Awards was held in Melbourne, Australia, at the Crown Palladium on Sunday, May 3, and Meghan performed “All About That Bass,” “Lips are Movin,” and “Dear Future Husband” — a song that has riled some people with its perceived sexist overtones — to an appreciative audience.
As well as strutting her curvaceous figure along the Logies’ red carpet, Megan Trainor also got to meet her doppelganger! Gabi Elgood from StarFM has often been mistaken for Meghan. According to Radio Info, she even got mobbed by Trainor fans when she took a security guard and camera crew with her when she visited Westfield Parramatta (an Australian shopping mall franchise) to prove the point she does look like the singer. At the Logies, the pair managed to meet up and even shared a photo to prove their likeness.

Megan Trainor looked amazing as she stepped out on the red carpet in a silver skirt, black long sleeved top, and matching black stilettos, proving that you can look stunning no matter what your size. She greeted fans and even waved at fans dancing in the audience during her Logies performances.
Trainor performed in Sydney and Melbourne as part of the Australian leg of her tour, but will head back to the U.S., where she will be performing at Cula Vista and Carson, California, on the weekend. Although, it does seem she enjoyed herself in Australia — if her Instagram video is anything to judge by.
