Yolanda Foster Reunites With Her Children After Battling Lyme Disease In Asia

Yolanda Foster is back in the U.S. after spending the last couple of weeks in Asia, where The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was being treated for Lyme disease as husband David appeared on Asia’s Got Talent.

According to a January 26 report by the UK’s Daily Mail, Foster returned to Los Angeles on Sunday, where she and her children posed for a photo together on Instagram.

“Home where I belong with my goofballs#HomeSweetHome #ThePowerOfYourLove @gigihadid @bellahadid @anwarhadid.”

Hours prior, Foster shared a photo from her plane ride home.

“Counting the hours to be with you again @gigihadid@bellahadid @anwarhadid #NineHoursFiveMinutes#SingaporeAirlines.”

As the Inquisitr reported earlier this month, Yolanda Foster opened up about her current struggles with Lyme disease in a January 15 blog for Bravo.

“Most of you know I have been battling Lyme disease for the past three years. I wasted the first year trying to get diagnosed and spent the next two trying to find a cure. I have gone from the conventional long-term antibiotics to about every holistic protocol there is to offer. Unfortunately, I was only able to get to about a 60 percent recovery until I relapsed in early December and have not been able to find my way back.

“I have lost the ability to read, write, or even watch TV, because I can’t process information or any stimulation for that matter. It feels like someone came in and confiscated my brain and tied my hands behind my back to just watch and see life go by without me participating in it.”

Yolanda Foster spend the majority of this month in Asia, where she was able to be treated in a way she couldn’t at home. Because many treatments aren’t approved in the U.S., the reality star opted to follow husband David out of the country in hopes at finding a cure for her illness.

On January 19, a source revealed the following to Radar Online:

“Yolanda accompanied David to Singapore as he films Asia’s Got Talent, and she is receiving medical treatment while there. The medications aren’t approved by the FDA in the United States yet.

“David has vowed to spend whatever is needed to get her cured. The treatment outside of the United States isn’t covered by insurance, and it’s very expensive. Luckily, they can afford it.”
