Well, we finally have some Star Wars Episode VII set photos featuring two of the newbie cast members, Adam Driver and Gwendoline Christie. The images are not great, kind of blurry, and a little grainy, but you can clearly make out the actors while they walk around set.
The guys over at Comic Book Movie have obtained several pics that we can share with you. In them, we get a first look at Driver in his orange Rebel flight suit and Gwendoline Christie wearing a new costume as a member of the Alliance. We can also see a never-before-seen vehicle.

Rumor was that Adam Driver would play a dark character for Star Wars Episode VII. However, none of this information has been confirmed by anyone involved in the production. We really don’t know anything about the plot, other than it takes place 30 years after the events in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.
Here is a snap of Gwendoline Christie — who is playing an unknown role in Star Wars Episode VII — walking around set in the new costume.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly back in April, Adam Driver talked a little bit about being part of Star Wars Episode VII.
“Doing ‘Star Wars’ now — that’s surreal. I feel like that even with this cast. You start by try to stamp (that feeling) down as much as possible, just focus on what it is that you are there to do…Easier said than done.”
“The thing about ‘Star Wars’ that’s so good — sure there’s this huge (canvas). It’s space, it’s a long time ago in a galaxy far away. That’s set up immediately. But in the midst of all those things, what has made those movies last so long is that they’re all grounded, which is something that is not so far off from every movie with huge universal themes of siblings and parents and betrayal and trust. That’s so generic and obvious, but it’s hard to balance those things.
According to the report in EW, several sources predicted Adam Driver would be playing a villain in Star Wars Episode. However, with these new set photos, it seems he is a Rebel. Stay tuned to The Inquisitr for all the latest news from a galaxy far, far away.
