Charlize Theron ‘Furious’ At Tia Mowry After She Spoke Out About Nasty Encounter
Remember back when we reported about Tia Mowry’s unpleasant encounter with Charlize Theron? At the time Mowry said Theron wasn’t nice after detailing her minor run in with the Monster actress. Apparently Theron heard about Tia’s opinion on their Soul Cycling meeting and is furious at the Sister, Sister actress.
Now after Mowry spoke out to In Touch Weekly about Theron’s apparent rotten attitude, the actress is desperately trying to ban her from the SoulCycle class that they shared.
According to DishNation Charlize exchanged some “strong words” with the managers at the spin cycling company in an effort to get the reality star banned.
A source who claims to have spoken to an insider at SoulCycle said, “Charlize came in so p****d off after Tia went to the tabloids about her, and she demanded we bar Tia from ever coming back.”
Allegedly this didn’t jive with whomever Theron spoke to at the time, and her request was denied. According to the source, the actress isn’t willing to let this one die down and angrily vowed that she would “go to the top to make it happen.”
As we previously reported, Tia had a disastrous encounter with the Oscar winning actress when she approached her at a spin class in Los Angeles.
“She wasn’t very nice to me. I said ‘Hi,’ and she actually rolled her eyes and said, ‘Oh my God.’ I wasn’t over-the-top. I know how to approach another celebrity. Charlize was just mean. I’m just being honest.”
DishNation doesn’t just have one source. In fact they have a whole gaggle of eyewitnesses that saw Charlize Theron storming into the cycling place. Outraged, the actress reportedly said:
‘This nobody who was famous for a minute 20 years ago can complain to the tabloids about me but I can’t expect you to protect me from hangers on in your studio?’
Whoa, that sounds like a pretty serious blow. After all, Tia Mowry did have a long running reality show with her twin sister Tamera Mowry.
Theron’s request has yet to be dealt with by management, but it’s not known if Tia Mowry even goes to the SoulCycling classes on a regular basis either.
The source continued:
“This just feels like a vendetta because Tia spoke up. Charlize used to be kind of quiet and chill when she came to spin, but it looks like dating Sean Penn isn’t doing her any favors.”
Although Tia has yet to comment on Charlize’s harsh words for the actress, she did tweet this message to her fans:
