Obama Shortens Chelsea Manning’s Sentence

Chelsea Manning will be released in May of this year after she received a shortening of her sentence by outgoing President Barack Obama. However, not everyone was pleased, House Speaker, Paul Ryan, said that this would set a “dangerous precedent”.
