Student Suspended After Carrying Girl Having Asthma Attack To Nurse

A middle school student from Killeen, Texas, was suspended from school after he carried a fellow student, who was suffering from an asthma attack, from the classroom to the nurse’s office. As the student was having difficulty breathing, the teacher requested that the other students keep calm while she contacted the school nurse. However, 15 year-old Anthony Ruelas became concerned when the girl fell out of her chair and proceeded to carry her out of the class to the nurse in order to receive medical support.
