Seth Rogen is a Canadian actor and comedian, best known for his role in The 40-Year-Old Virgin, The Green Hornet, and Pineapple Express. He also was a voice star in the animated films Horton Hears A Who! and Kung-Fu Panda. In 2014, Rogen co-wrote and directed the movie The Interview. He also starred in the film opposite James Franco and Lizzy Caplan. Before the film could be released, North Korea threatened retaliation if Sony did not stop the release. North Korean officials said the film was “an act of war” and a “wanton act of terror,” and Rogen himself a “gangster filmmaker.” Sony declined to release the film after their servers were hacked. Sony later allowed the film to be released online and in theaters. Seth married actress Lauren Miller in 2011 after dating for seven years.
