Scottsdale, AZ – How could anyone forget Amy’s Baking Company , the infamous restaurant that Gordon Ramsay walked out on because… well… that ^?
Samy and Amy Bouzaglo, the owners of the infamous restaurant, have announced on their Facebook page that they are now hiring yet again, but not for another grand re-opening. This time, they’re hiring stars for their new reality TV show.
“We are currently hiring/casting servers and bussers for the upcoming filming of our Reality TV show! Applicants please send your resume and head shot, or current photo to [email protected].”
They don’t say which network is picking them up, and indeed, there hasn’t been an official press release on the wire as of publishing. The closest thing we have is a rumor from the questionable RadarOnline which merely says the Bouzaglos are “currently entertaining several offers from production companies for their own show,” so Samy and Amy might be putting the cart before the horse…. Again.
Still, it’s not outside the realm of possibility. Among the many bad things the Bouzaglos seem to be, it’s hard not to admit that they make for some great TV. An Amy’s Baking Company reality TV show seems so obvious it’s hard to believe no one has thought of it yet. Then again, the question is now “are they entertaining,” it’s “does America really want to invite that into their living rooms every week?”

Anyway, if you’ve got some time, I’d suggest jogging over to the Amy’s Baking Company Facebook page . It’s likely that you haven’t been there since the Kitchen Nightmares episode fallout , but they’ve definitely been busy in the meantime.
Their favorite thing to do, it seems, is post “hate mail” to their wall. Every time they get a nasty message, they put it up for everyone to see. I have no idea what they’re trying to accomplish by doing this.
Additionally, there are about 1,500 comments on the reality TV announcement. The response has been about what you might expect.
