‘Big Brother 19’ Spoilers: Fans Won’t Like ‘BB19’ Cast Members, But Does It Matter? [Opinion]

Big Brother 19 spoilers ahead, so turn back now if you don’t want to read them. The BB19 cast members won’t impress all the fans. It doesn’t matter if casting director Robyn Kass has worked to bring 16 new houseguests or the producers have decided to put 18 returning houseguests in the BB19 house. No matter what production, CBS, or anyone else associated with the show decides to do, there are going to be fans unhappy with those decisions.

If the continuous posts on social media using the hashtag BB19 indicate anything, it is that fans of the show like to complain. And why not? Fans help run this show, ranging from the people paying for live feed subscriptions to those viewers voting in weekly polls for the show. But the complaints about the newest commercial for the show prove that no matter what gets posted, there is someone who is going to be frustrated about it.

The complaints about this commercial include it highlighting too many people that fans don’t like, that to some viewers it means there are going to be a lot of returning houseguests, and to others, it proves there will be nothing original about the BB19 cast members. None of that is verifiable yet since none of the most recent Big Brother 19 spoilers give fans a full cast list, but the complaining hasn’t stopped on Twitter. Maybe it all stems from something else?

Have Big Brother fans been conditioned to get frustrated by the announcements of the BB19 cast members? When it was getting close to the debut episodes of Big Brother 18, a lot of information leaked online. That included the fact that the four returning houseguests would be James Huling, Nicole Franzel, Frank Eudy, and Da’Vonne Rogers. It was an interesting group, but only James had been considered a good “game player.” When he joined the BB18 cast, though, he continuously threw competitions, turning fans against him.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, CBS just revealed some intriguing Big Brother 19 spoilers, stating that Jeff Schroeder would be introducing the 2017 cast members next week on the live feeds. As you might expect, what followed was a mixture of excitement and complaints from people on social media. Not everyone is complaining, but the fans enjoying the teases and who are simply excited that the next season is about to start are getting drowned out by the people who feel production will never put a cast together that they like.

When the BB19 cast gets revealed, there will be houseguests that aren’t popular and then there will be the ones that immediately gain the adulation of viewers. People will still tune in, no matter who ends up entering the house. Why? Because it’s interesting. Viewers of this show crave the drama and how each season plays out differently than the last. Maybe it’s time that everyone sits back and enjoys themselves, no matter what that next round of Big Brother 19 spoilers might indicate about this summer.
