Miley Cyrus & Liam Hemsworth: Liam Says Break Up ‘Needed To Happen’

Liam Hemsworth has finally talked about his break up with Miley Cyrus . He spoke with GQ Australia and said that the two needed “the break.”

“Of course it was hard, man. But at the time we were going in different directions and it’s just what needed to happen.”

The actor went on to say that the two were very young at the time, and he believes they really did need the break.

“We were both super young and it was a good decision at the time – we both needed that.”

Hemsworth went on to say that he likes to go with his gut when it comes to his decisions, and that’s how he took the decision with Miley Cyrus.

“I guess when I feel something, then I just feel it and I go for it. I make my decisions about what’s going to make me happy, what I think is right and what I want to do – and I don’t worry too much outside of that.”

And it looks like the decision seemed to have worked out. After all, Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley Cyrus’ dad, went on to say that the two were really happy.

“They’re really happy together right now. They know if they need a preacher, they’ve found one .”

However, the Inquisitr had earlier quoted Hollywood Life as saying that that Hemsworth might just be “ sabotaging the wedding plans .”

“She’s planning the wedding but that’s causing some tension as well because Liam is telling her it’s on but then he’s sabotaging it,” the insider told Hollywood Life exclusively.

The publication went on to say that Miley’s family was pretty excited about the wedding and was working very hard.

“She and her mom put in time putting ideas together and then Liam won’t look at them to help her pick. He wants to have a say in things but he’s dragging his feet on the process and that’s so frustrating for Miley.”

It must be noted that in an interview that goes back to 2013, Miley Cyrus had also blamed her age for their break up.

“I don’t think I realized what 19 truly is, and I got engaged at 19, and I definitely wouldn’t change being engaged,” she’d said.

The Inquisitr had further reported that Miley Cyrus’ antics might just be spelling trouble for their relationship. The Inquisitr quoted E! Online as saying that whatever may have happened between the two, Liam never really stopped loving Miley.

“Liam never stopped loving Miley. Liam and Miley’s timing was just off the first time they were engaged, many things played into them calling it off,” the insider shared. “They both needed to grow up and figure themselves out more.”

There have also been reports that Miley Cyrus identifies herself as sexually fluid, which might just spell trouble for their relationship. However, there were conflicting reports that Miley Cyrus has changed a lot in order to be with Liam Hemsworth. People had reported that Miley went “ from a wild child to a housewife .” It looks like Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth really want to be with each other.

The rumors that the two were together were confirmed when Miley was spotted with the same ring on her finger that the two had designed back when they were still together.

“The ring is special because Miley and Liam worked on it together,” a source shared with E! News .
