Mary-Kate Olsen was spotted wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring at a recent New York Knicks game.
The actress-turned-fashion designer was seen at the sporting event alongside boyfriend Olivier Sarkozy . Although the couple’s PDA turned a few heads at the game, it was something on her finger that got tongues wagging.
According to The Huffington Post , Mary Kate-Olsen was seen with a ring on her left hand. Since the item in question is on her ring finger, many people wondered if the pair had secretly gotten engaged.
According to Yahoo! News , Mary-Kate Olsen and her boyfriend have yet to comment on these rumors. However, that hasn’t stopped many from wondering if the couple has already tied the knot.
This isn’t the first time one of Mary-Kate Olsen’s rings has caused a stir among fans. Gossip Cop reported last January that Sarkozy has given the former Full House co-star an engagement ring. Although reports suggested the designer accepted the gift as a promise ring, representatives later squashed the rumor.
Prior to that incident, another gift from her boyfriend caused Olsen’s fans to wonder if she was heading down the aisle with Oliver. That rumor was also shot down by her spokespeople.
According to E! Online , Mary-Kate Olsen and Oliver Sarkozy have been dating for nine months. Previous to this relationship, Olsen’s beau was married to Charlotte Bernand for 13 years. The couple had two children together during their marriage.
Oliver is the half-brother of French president Nicolas Sarkozy. When he isn’t spending time with his girlfriend, the 43-year-old works as an investment banker.
Although photos clearly show Mary-Kate Olsen with a ring on her finger, nothing has been confirmed about an engagement or a wedding. Until representatives make an official statement on the matter, it’s best to take this information with a grain of salt.
