Heidi Klum has excelled herself this year with her surprising Halloween costume. Well, it’s not so much a costume, it’s really a makeover.
Heidi decided that it would be a great idea to see what she might look like at Halloween 2113 – yes, 100 years from now! For Heidi, that’s just about 60 years away.
Supermodel Klum transformed herself into a 100-year-old woman for her annual party at Marquee nightclub in Chelsea. She documented her “aging” process on social media as three makeup artists worked hard to turn her into a wrinkly old lady.
According to the New York Post’s Page Six , Heidi told the world what she was doing through Twitter, “Ok guys… I am going into the future,” Klum tweeted before undergoing the cosmetic procedure. Then she tweeted “little old me” together with a “selfie” which showed her new / old look in graphic detail, right down to the unsightly varicose veins in her legs.
Heidi Klum , best know today for hosting the TV show “Project Runway”, then climbed into a vintage auto that carried her to the jubilee.
It has now become an established tradition on each Halloween for Heidi Klum to present herself in a costume that is either shocking, breathtaking, or bizarre.
Heidi has previously transformed herself into Cleopatra, an alien robot, a human body – minus its external skin – and a Hindu goddess.
Heidi’s self promotion seems to work. In May 2011, Forbes magazine estimated Klum’s total earnings for that year as $20 million. She is ranked second on Forbes’ list of the “World’s Top-Earning Models”, behind Gisele Bündchen.
Klum married stylist Ric Pipino in 1997; that marriage lasted 5 years. Then, in 2003, Heidi began a relationship with Flavio Briatore (the managing director of Renault’s Formula One team). The following year, Klum publicly announced her pregnancy . She gave birth to their first child, Helene Boshoven “Leni” Klum, in May, 2004 in New York City.
In early 2004, while still pregnant with Leni, Klum began a relationship with musician Seal. Seal became Leni’s de facto father and was present for Leni’s birth. Heidi Klum stated she considered Seal to be “Leni’s father,”
The couple married in 2005 on a beach in Mexico.and they have three biological children together. On January 22, 2012, the couple announced that they were separating after almost seven years of marriage. She filed for divorce from Seal three months later and requested that her name be restored to her birth name of Heidi Klum.
Heidi has been “dating” her bodyguard Martin Kristen since September 2012.
