Rapper Gucci Mane is being sued by concert promoter Empire Entertainment for booking two shows in one night.

Empire claims that it paid Gucci — real name Radric Davis — $22,500 to perform in Little Rock on November 22. Shortly before the event, a Tennessee nightclub began advertising a Gucci Mane performance for the same night. The rapper also promoted the show on Twitter. When Empire reached out to Gucci Mane’s people, they said he wasn’t performing in Tennessee.

Empire claims that Gucci Mane performed for only 15 minutes in Little Rock , and traveled 138 miles to play the show in Tennessee. He then returned to the hotel room that Empire provided for him. The concert promoter said that the second show killed ticket sales.

Empire Entertainment is suing for breach of contract and fraud. It is asking to be reimbursed for Gucci’s fee, hotel, travel expenses, and promotions for the Little Rock show.

In April, Gucci Mane was indicted for aggravated assault for allegedly attacking a veteran at an Atlanta nightclub in March. Soldier James Lettley claimed that the rapper hit him in the head with a champagne bottle after he asked to take a photo with him. Lettley was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he received 10 stitches. Gucci Mane turned himself in to police a week and a half after the incident, and was charged with aggravated assault with a weapon. He was denied bond and was incarcerated at Fulton County Jail.

Four days after the Atlanta incident, Gucci Mane was accused of assaulting another fan at Philadelphia nightclub. The fan, identified only as TJ, said he went to shake the rapper’s hand and was punched in the face. He said he sustained a chipped tooth and swelling on the left side of his face.

In May, Gucci Mane pleaded not guilty to assaulting Lettley. He posted $75,000 bond.
