Was Bobbi Kristina abused by her boyfriend? A lawsuit was filed Wednesday by the conservator of Bobbi Kristina Brown in Fulton County Superior Court. The lawsuit claims that Nick Gordon not only physically abused her, but also stole thousands of dollars from her.
Nick Gordon tried very hard to control every aspect of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s life. It is documented in the court documents that Gordon would control who Bobbi interacted with, controlled her cell phone, and made sure he was able to access money from her bank account. Documents also state that Bobbi Kristina was abused by Gordon when he punched her in the face and knocked out one of her teeth during a domestic violence incident.
The most shocking part of the lawsuit is when the night of January 31 is talked about. In the lawsuit, it states that on the night of January 31, Brown had a meeting with an unknown person in order to discuss her boyfriend. Later that day, Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unresponsive in her bathtub in Atlanta. It was this incident that led to Brown being put in a medically induced coma and most recently, being placed on hospice care.
Court documents show that during the time that Bobbi Kristina was in the hospital, Gordon took more than $11,000 from her bank account.
Nick Gordon had a breakdown in March. He threatened to commit suicide and was interviewed by Dr. Phil.
“My pain is horrible. My heart hurts. I have panic attacks.”
After the sit-down with Dr. Phil, Nick Gordon entered a rehab facility, where he stayed until he checked himself out at the end of April. Gordon has not made any statements about the pending lawsuit. Gordon has reportedly been living with his mother, Michelle Gordon.
It was reported yesterday that Bobbi Kristina was placed on hospice care and could pass away at any time. A source close to the family also told ET Online that Bobbi Kristina has been taken off all of her medications. Pat Houston , Bobbi Kristina’s aunt, spoke with ET about her niece’s condition.
“Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s condition has continued to deteriorate. As of today, she has been moved into hospice care. We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God’s hands now.”
