Gwyneth Paltrow may be separated from Chris Martin but apparently she’s still living with her estranged husband. According to TMZ , the pair are still living under one roof despite Paltrow’s announcement over their “conscious uncoupling.”
So how did we find out that Gwyneth is still living with Coldplay’s Chris Martin? Well, according to TMZ the living arrangement was revealed when Paltrow was granted a restraining order against a fan that was stalking her from entering her home.
According to the legal documents, Paltrow wasn’t the only person listed. The documents state that both she and Chris Martin are protected from the stalker for 3 years. The restraining order is only for the parties living in the house that the fan has been stalking. As it just so happens, it’s the house she apparently still shares with Martin, since he’s still listed as a person that’s living in the home.
In the documents, someone personally hand-wrote Chris’ name next to Paltrow’s. We’re guessing that was done as to not confuse anyone who might mistake Martin for living on his own since they are now separated. “Lives w/ Gwyneth” was the phrase that was jotted down in the legal documents, which is interesting given their current predicament.
Previously we reported that despite his living arrangement, Martin seems to be moving on with another woman . Chris was spotted out and about with British celebrity Alexa Chung. According to a source, Chris and Alexa’s night out in New York City didn’t appear to be a first meeting, or anything between two friends.
“Chris and Alexa seemed to know each other really well. They were both in a great mood, and even asked us to watch their bags when they went out for a cigarette. It definitely looked like a date to me.”
Another source stated that their initial meeting at the Glastonbury Festival last year was the event that started it all for Chris Martin and his new alleged girlfriend:
“Chris fell HARD for Alexa and that Gwyneth forced Chris to give up Alexa, and he did but he was still in love with her.”
During that time the Daily Mail reported that the pair, “looked like they were just chilling and having a good time. I did find it a little odd that they were together – but we had a little chat and they wandered off after they asked us if we knew of any good places to go and have a few drinks.”
We wonder if Chris Martin will eventually move in with Alexa Chung, or if he will always belong to Gwyneth?
