Michael Vartan, former star of JJ Abram’s Alias and co-star of TNT’s Hawthorne tied the knot this weekend with girlfriend of nearly two years Lauren Skaar. The couple met at a Whole Foods store in Los Angeles.
The couple were wed at a Newport Beach resort in Southern California and Alias co-star Victor Garber was a groomsmen at the wedding.
Speaking about the wedding Vartan said:
“Our plans for the future are to live a happy, simple life, have kids, lots of dogs and go with the flow,” adding, “I married my best friend.”
Skaar wore a Vera Wang dress for the wedding and the couples honeymoon has been postponed for three months as Vartan returns to the Hawthorne set this week.
Speaking about the postponement of their honeymoon Varta told People.com :
“Bad luck with the timing….but at least we have three months to plan something very romantic.”
