Sam wanted to enter manhood with a splash, and, for his Bar Mitzvah last fall, he reached that goal with a grand entrance that would make Jennifer Lopez proud.

The 12-year-old boy hides in a giant white drapes strewn box above a stage as a group of rump-shaking ladies dance to J-Lo’s song Dance Again.

After he emerges from his adulthood cocoon and becomes a man, he dances along to the song with his bevy of beauties.

Okay, so his dance skills aren’t the greatest, and he doesn’t sing or provide any relative skill. But honestly does it matter? The kid threw a party and emerged from a ceiling strung box.

Behind the stage in giant letters is the name SAM, which is lit up to showcase the guest of honor.

Sam dances in an all-white outfit and is even lifted into the air by his backup dancers.

BUT WAIT! There’s more. Sam also recorded his own music video for the hit Carly Rae Jepsen song Call Me Maybe. Here’s that

If the fabulous video wasn’t enough for you, check out Sam’s Bar Mitzvah version of Call Me Maybe:

Sure, both videos are from November 2012, but it’s hard to deny that the videos are attention grabbing.

What do you think of Sam and the celebration for his Bar Mitzvah?
