Deitrick Haddon: Naked Pictures Allegedly Emerge Of ‘Preachers Of L.A.’ Star

Deitrick Haddon is a preacher with a potential scandal on his hands.

The star of the Oxygen reality series Preachers of L.A. saw pictures leak to the internet this week that reportedly show him naked. The celebrity blog MediaTakeOut posted a link to the pictures and a rather graphic description.

The pictures would seem out of place for Haddon. In addition to his work on the pulpit, he is an accomplished gospel singer, songwriter, music producer, pastor, and actor.

Even before the Deitrick Haddon naked pictures allegedly emerged, Preachers of L.A. managed to generate quite a bit of controversy. Many have attacked the show for its depiction of the lavish lifestyles of megachurch pastors in Los Angeles.

Bishop T.D. Jakes, the influential leader of Potters House church in Dallas, devoted a recent sermon to the excesses of the show.

“Now, I know you been watching that junk on TV,” he said. “I want to tell you right now, not one dime of what you’re sowing right now will buy my suit. I want you to know my car is paid for. I want you to know I got my house on my own. I want you to know I’m not bling-blinging. I am not shake and bake. I had money when I came to Dallas and I plan to have some when I leave.”

The show, which was originally titled Pastors of L.A. during the development phase, has been honest about its portrayal of the often-excessive preachers.

“Pastors of L.A.documents these larger than life characters who are rock stars in their communities, with a fresh, unique perspective that will resonate with our young audience,” Rod Aissa, the senior vice president of original programming and development for Oxygen Media said in a statement.

The Deitrick Haddon naked pictures would do nothing to help the reputation of the show, but followers are also taking the reports with a grain of salt. There was no proof that the picture was really portraying Haddon, who has not spoken about the alleged photographs.
