Caroline Manzo Leaving ‘Real Housewives Of New Jersey’

Caroline Manzo has announced plans to leave Real Housewives of New Jersey. Manzo is one of the shows original cast members.

Tweeting about her decision to make an exit Manzo said she made up her mind right after the final episode of the 2013 season aired on Bravo.

Manzo does not plan to leave television, in fact, she is already developing a new reality TV show called “Manzo’d with Children.”

The reality TV star proclaimed, “We are having an absolute blast filming it, and I hope you all join us as we start our new chapter within the Bravo network. We didn’t close the book, we just turned the page.”

Manzo said the new show will be a “very different look into the world of the Manzo family.” Camera crews will add her husband, AI, into the mix. AI is one of the owners of The Brownstone, a Paterson, New Jersey catering hall.

Real Housewives of New Jerseystarted airing in 2008 with original cast members Dina Manzo, Caroline’s sister, who was married to Albert’s brother, Tommy at the time. The show also launched with sister-in-law Jacqueline Lauria.

At this time only Laurita remains as an original cast member, however, several reports have suggested that Dina Manzo may return for the series’ sixth season.

Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise is a revolving door of new girls, new families, and new drama.
