Super lucky kid gets edible, playable cake version of ‘Angry Birds’

Every ‘Fudgie the Whale’ cake you ever ate is going to retroactively be disappointing when you see this badass motherbitch of an ‘Angry Birds’ birthday cake.

In and of itself, this cake would be supremely effing awesome. But the added element of being playable makes it even awesomer, and the dad who made the cake let the kid not only play with but destroy it playing it- like right away! The whole gorgeous shebang, which you will appreciate even more if you’ve ever struggled over even a basic homemade cake, was featured on Electricpig. The cake’s baker says:

It’s become a family tradition that I make increasingly ridiculous birthday cakes for my kids each year. So with my little boy Ben turning 6-years-old over the weekend, and appreciating his love of Angry Birds, I thought I’d have a shot a making him a playable Angry Birds birthday cake with working catapult and iced birds as ammunition.
