Craig Robinson Arrested: 'Office' Star Had Marijuana, Ecstasy At Airport

Craig Robinson was arrested this week after he was caught with drugs at an airport in the Bahamas.

According to TMZ, Robinson tried to board a plane with 18 ecstasy pills and about to a half gram of marijuana. The actor was arrested and taken before a magistrate where he plead guilty to drug possession.

The Office actor told the magistrate that he brought the drugs in the United States and that he didn't know that they were illegal in the Bahamas. The magistrate must have believed him because Robinson was let off with a simple fine.

The actor was facing up to four years in prison but the magistrate decided to let Robinson go after paying a $1000 fine.

Supt. Stephen Dean of the Royal Bahamas Police Force said: "It was nothing major."

Contact Music reports that this isn't the first time that the Hot Tub Time Machine actor has been arrested for drug possession. In 2008, Robinson was arrested for possession of meth and MDMA. The charges were tossed after the actor completed a drug program.

Robinson has not commented on the arrest.
