Sky Ferreira Nude On Album Cover, Cancels Spots On Vampire Weekend Tour

Lately, we’ve seen Sky Ferreira nude on her new album cover and she’s also canceled her tour dates with Vampire Weekend.

In not so naked news reported by The Inquisitr, photos of Avril Lavigne nude are unlikely since she refuses to sex up her image à la Miley Cyrus.

Just two weeks after being arrested for possession of ecstasy, Sky Ferreira released her nude album cover on her Instagram account. The photo was shot by director and filmmaker Gaspar Noé for her Night Time, My Time album. (Links to picture that is totally NSFW.)

She has also announced she has canceled all appearances citing a need for “total vocal rest”. She will return to the stage October 27 when she will play solo in L.A. at El Rey, after which she is set to tour with Smith Westerns.

The photo was shot by director and filmmaker Gaspar Noé for her Night Time, My Time album. Sky Ferreira said of the photo that it was a ‘instasafe crop’, and indeed, the full album cover is much more explicit.

Alonside her release of Sky Ferreira nude album cover, and announcement of her Vampire Weekend cancellation, she issued an apology to her fans:

“I’m sorry for the inconvenience this has caused for the band and fans. I’m doing my best to re-join the tour as soon I’m 100 percent.”
