Naked Airline Passenger Gets Tasered After Trying To Fight Pilot [Watch]

A 52-year-old British holidaymaker who arrived at Manchester Airport on a flight from Malta, was tasered by police after he stripped naked on the runway.

The man, who was apparently very drunk (one hopes), began verbally abusing other passengers on the flight. An eye-witness on the flight said: “He’d had an altercation with other passengers and the captain had come down the plane to calm him down.”

Once the plane touched down on the tarmac in Manchester, as can be seen from the video clip above, the man stripped down to his underwear and then removed his underpants so he was completely naked.

His wife, who clearly wasn’t amused by her husband’s drunk behavior, can be seen approaching him and giving him a hard whack to the face.

The man also urinated against the terminal building in front of hundreds of shocked passengers. When he refused to calm down, at the police’s behest, they tasered him sending a massive 50,000 volts through his body.

The man can be seen in the clip gesturing to the pilot, allegedly asking him for a fight. The eye-witness added:

He must have been drunk because when he came off the plane, he took his top off and shouted “come on then” in a Manchester accent and was trying to get the captain to fight him. Then he carried on taking all his clothes off. I have no idea why. The woman he was with gave him a slap for it.

A spokesperson for the police spoke to reporters about the incident: “Police were called to Terminal One arrivals of Manchester Airport following reports a man was drunk and being abusive to passengers on a flight from Malta.”

It is not clear what action will be taken against the man by the police or the airline. He was arrested and taken to a local police station pending a full investigation of the incident.
