Miley Cyrus Is Happier Without Liam Hemsworth, Says Billy Ray Cyrus
Don’t be sad for Miley Cyrus. The singer is reportedly “happier than she’s ever been” now that she’s broken off her engagement to Liam Hemsworth.
Billy Ray Cyrus talked to Entertainment Tonight this week about his daughter. The country singer said that he wasn’t worried about his daughter’s VMA performance, her love life, or her frequent nude video shoots.
In fact, Billy Ray said that Miley is the happiest she’s ever been in her life.
Billy Ray said:
“All I know for sure is I heard my daughter say today she’s the happiest she’s ever been in her life immediately following [the breakup]. That’s when I saw Miley being so happy… Somewhere along the stress and strain of different things, I didn’t see her smiling as often for a little while and, all of a sudden she’s like the sun and when she smiles it’s light… Everything happens for a reason and the main thing for me, as Miley’s daddy, is she’s happy.”
Miley has been a fixture in the news cycle since her performance at the VMA awards. She’s ended her relationship to Liam Hemsworth, she’s hosted SNL, and she recently released her new album Bangerz.
Her new album, by the way, is already at the top of iTunes.
