Biker Gang SUV Attack: Undercover Officer Allegedly Saw Everything, Did Nothing

The biker gang SUV attack last Sunday may have been witnessed by an undercover officer who saw everything, but did nothing until days later.

The incident in which SUV driver Alexian Lien and motorcyclist Edwin Miesis Jr. were inured had been secretly witnessed by at least one undercover New York officer. As biker Christopher Cruz had pulled in front of an SUV and caused a chain reaction leading to two men in the hospital and three others, including Cruz, arrested for their involvement, a police officer saw the whole thing and didn’t do anything until three days later.

Apparently the undercover officer didn’t want to be exposed in the middle of what could have included himself in the hospital. Instead he left it to the unlucky biker who was crushed by the SUV to attempt to stop it all.

Even though two men turned themselves in after the biker gang SUV attack, the NYPD refused to confirm that there was an undercover officer who witnessed the whole thing. The officer is allegedly being investigated by Internal Affairs and placed on limited duty after having his badge and gun confiscated over his inaction.

While the circumstances surrounding the undercover officer are yet officially unknown, it is understandable that he wouldn’t want to blow his cover after seeing the bikers get violent in retaliation for the SUV driver’s apparently panicked actions.

Of course the undercover officer who witnessed the biker gang SUV attack on Sunday could have abandoned his bike and gone off the road to at least make the 911 call. His inaction in the whole matter is what seems suspicious.

Several aspects of the incident are still being looked into as Edwin Miesis Jr.’s wife is blaming SUV driver Alexian Lien for possibly leaving her aspiring rapper husband paralyzed.

No one knows exactly why the undercover officer who witnessed the biker gang SUV attack did nothing for three days.
