Mandy Moore Shaving Her Head? Actress Considers Major Change

Actress Mandy Moore wants to shave her head. The famed actress and pop singer recently revealed that she has always wanted a really short haircut and possibly even a smooth scalp.

While Moore has been out of the spotlight for some time now she recently spoke with PEOPLE Magazine about her thoughts on hairstyle.

According to Moore, “I’ve always thought about shaving my head too. That’s always intrigued me.”

Moore says she could only ever cut all of her hair off during an impulsive act.

When asked how husband Ryan Adams, a fellow singer, would feel about her shaved head Mandy Moore confidently responded “He would totally be down for that. I think he’d think it’d probably be pretty punk!”

E! Online also spoke with Moore about her shaved head thoughts and she said it would probably come down to a “really short” haircut if she ends up cutting off her trademark hairstyle.

While Britney Spears and Miley Cyrus cut off their hair for attention, Mandy Moore has remained a rather private person in the hectic world of Hollywood. Perhaps in her case Moore really just wants to try something new and completely different for herself.
