Martina Hingis Arrested Soon? Husband Thibault Hutin Beaten To A ‘Bloody Pulp’

Will we see Martina Hingis arrested soon for allegedly beating up her husband Thibault Hutin with the help of several others?

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Martina Hingis beat her husband Thibault Hutin with a DVD player.

The Martina Hingis, Thibault Hutin saga goes back several years. Thibault Hutin found out Martina Hingis considered them “separated” only through reading a Swiss magazine. Angered by this, Thibault Hutin revealed allegations of cheating, claiming Martina Hingis “has always been unfaithful to her boyfriends.”

Thibault Hutin claims Martina Hingis cheated on him at least twice. Once was discovered through paparazzi pictures but the other was when Thibault Hutin walked in on Martina Hingis with another man in their hotel room. He says, “You can imagine how painful it was for me.”

Unfortunately for Thibault Hutin, the pain was only about to get physical. Some reports claim Thibault Hutin was beaten to a “bloody pulp.” This is how Thibault Hutin describes Martina Hingis beating him up:

“On Monday evening, I was in our shared apartment when the doorbell rang. In the course of a dispute to Martina and her mother Melanie Molitor pounced on me, beat me and scratched. My upbringing forbids me to beat women.”

The physical assault allegedly included the mother’s boyfriend, Mario Widmer, and ended when he threw a DVD player at Thibault Hutin’s head. Martina Hingis even stole his passport and credit cards before leaving!

So will the Swiss police see Martina Hingis arrested? Thibault Hutin says the police in Pfäffikon “went with me back to the apartment and forced the three to surrender my valuables.” Hutin has since received text messages from Martina Hingis allegedly threatening him with Russian death threats, claiming they’ll do something with his neck and “whites.” (Something is apparently being lost in translation.)

So far, there hasn’t been a final word on whether the Swiss police will see Martina Hingis arrested or at least charge her with a crime. But police do say Thibault Hutin “has started the process of filing a complaint, but it hasn’t been finished yet.” It’s possible Swiss law might consider this a domestic dispute, and not actually arrest Martina Hingis, but this reporter had no luck looking up Swiss laws on the matter since every result was focused on Swiss assault rifles and rechargeable batteries.

Do you think the police should arrest Martina Hingis for allegedly assaulting Thibault Hutin?
