One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson Vomits During Soccer Match, Leaves Game

One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson vomited during a soccer match and was forced to leave the game. The boy band singer pulled out of Doncaster Rovers’ reserve game against Scunthorpe on Tuesday night after a tackle from Gabriel Agbonlahor left him vomiting and winded on the field.

Agbonlahor, an Aston Villa forward, is not known for tough tackling but he none-the-less took down the 20-year-old singer during a charity match for the Stiliyan Petrov Cancer Foundation.

Following the tackle and his fit of vomiting Louis Tomlinson told his One Direction fans:

‘Unfortunately due to injury I cannot play at this week’s Doncaster Rovers match. I will still be attending the match on the bench… I will play in another game in 2014, to be announced. Fans that have bought tickets for the match can apply for a full refund… Fans who do not wish to attend may also keep their ticket and exchange it for the rescheduled match, again for a reduced price of £3.”

During his Twitter announcement Tomlinson added;

‘I’m really sorry I can’t play I’m gutted.’

Knowing how One Direction fans can act we knew it was only a matter of time before they attacked Gabriel Agbonlahor. Hurting one 1D fan is likely hurting millions of pre-teen, tween, and teenage girls.

The exact injury sustained by Louis Tomlinson is not known at this time.

In the meantime Tomlinson has a lot to celebrate, his groups This is Us movie has rocked the US box office and One Direction is among one of the most discussed groups on Twitter, Facebook, and various other online platforms.

Do you think Tomlinson’s fans are going too far by threatening Gabriel Agbonlahor on Twitter and other social media platforms?
