Christina Milian In A ‘Very Happy Relationship’ With Jas Prince, But Won’t Confirm Engagement

Christina Milian is in a “very happy relationship” with Jas Prince, son of Rap-A-lot Records CEO James Prince. But the “Say I” singer wouldn’t definitively confirm that the two are engaged.

“I’m definitely in love with someone,” the 31-year-old said. “I’m in a very happy relationship, a very stable relationship, which is great, and he’s very supportive.”

Milian added, “We’re definitely looking into the future.”

On September 2, a source told People that Milian and Prince had been engaged since May. Milian was spotted with a diamond ring in April, but played coy about whether it was an engagement ring or not.

“Well, there are rumors, but we’ll stick to it being a rumor,” she said.

Still, Milian believes that her turn on Dancing with the Stars will help her if and when she and Jas Prince get married.

“This is great preparation for a wedding dance, a prom dance, a performance dance, anything you could think of,” she said.

“I’m really proud of myself for doing this. And getting, you know, even this far,” she added. We haven’t even had the first show, but I’m trying to just stay in my zone and get ready for that first performance.”

Christina Milian was married once before. She eloped with singer and songwriter The-Dream on September 4, 2009 in Las Vegas. Milian gave birth to the couple’s daughter, Violet Madison Nash, on February 6, 2010. In July, The-Dream announced that the couple had separated in late 2009, three months after their wedding. Their divorce was finalized on October 23, 2011.

The couple split after photos emerged of The-Dream, real name Terius Nash, on vacation with his assistant.

Christina Milian has been partnered with professional dancer Mark Ballas on season 17 of Dancing with the Stars. Ballas began competing on the show in 2007, and placed first in season 6 and season 8. He was partnered with Kim Kardashian in season 7 and placed 11th, his lowest in 12 seasons.
