NFL Shooting Lawsuit Names Aldon Smith, Delanie Walker For Drunken Rampage That Shot Man

A NFL shooting lawsuit is naming Aldon Smith and Delanie Walker for going on a drunken rampage that ended in a party goer being shot twice.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Aldon Smith donates $5,099 for every sack he makes. Delanie Walker lost his aunt and uncle to a car crash after the 2013 Superbowl.

The most infamous NFL shooting for 2013 has to be Aaron Hernandez, who is accused of murdering Odin Lloyd with a gun. Aaron Hernandez is being held in jail without bail. Prosecutors claim Hernandez orchestrated Lloyd’s killing because he had talked to people Hernandez had problems with at a nightclub.

The 2013 NFL shooting lawsuit against Aldon Smith and Delanie Walker claims both got a drunk at a 2012 party at Smith’s home in San Jose. Aldon Smith was apparently charging a $10 entrance fee and $5 per drink. The NFL players allegedly began firing illegally owned handguns into the air from a balcony.

Ronndale Esporlas claims when Delanie Walker began walking to the driveway he shot more bullets into the sky but also in the direction of the crowd. A group of people on the street began firing back at Delanie Walker and Esporlas claims he was hit in the crossfire, sustaining “serious, catastrophic and permanent injuries.”

This wild NFL party lasted for several days and even resulted in Aldon Smith being stabbed in the shoulder and abdomen while he tried to break up a fight. Aldon Smith and two persons with gunshot wounds were treated at the same hospital.

The 49ers team is apparently aware of the allegations behind the NFL shooting lawsuit against Delanie Walker and Aldon Smith:

“The 49ers organization has been aware of this matter concerning Aldon Smith for some time. We will continue to monitor the situation closely, but will have further comment at this time, as this is an ongoing legal matter.”

How should the NFL teams respond to the NFL shooting lawsuit against Delanie Walker and Aldon Smith?
