Pippa Middleton And Nico Jackson, Engaged Or Not?
Lots of rumors have been circulating the internet recently regarding the possible engagement of Pippa Middleton to boyfriend Nico Jackson.
Pippa Middleton, aged 29, and Jackson, aged 35, have been dating for six months at least. But there have been so many conflicting reports buzzing around the web, that it’s hard to know exactly what is true and what isn’t.
UPI reported on Monday that the engagement announcement was on the cards, quoting the British tabloid press, including the Daily Mirror and Sunday People:
“Over the weekend, the Daily Mirror and Sunday People tabloids reported that Middleton and Jackson planned to announce their engagement after her 30th birthday on Friday. The report claims that the pair kept their wedding plans secret for three months so as not to distract attention from the birth of the royal baby.”
Initially, reports emerged saying that the couple had become engaged while on vacation, in June. Those reports were shady at best and mysterious, as it was thought Jackson and Pippa were delaying their engagement announcement for the sake of “maintaining royal etiquette.”
People Magazine, were told by an anonymous source: “They didn’t want an announcement before Pippa’s birthday because they didn’t want to take the shine off Kate and her baby.”
Continuing: “Pippa loved seeing Kate go down the aisle and now it is her turn for a fairytale wedding. She couldn’t be more sure that Nico is the right for her. They are such a good fit for each other and their families get on really well. Everyone is so happy for Pippa.”
Us Weekly have recently reported to the contrary, saying that there is in fact no engagement announcement expected. Their sources tell them that the rumors of an upcoming wedding between Jackson and Pippa Middleton are untrue.
