Pippa Middleton Not Engaged? Or Just Keeping Quiet?
Reports last week Pippa Middleton got engaged after stockbroker boyfriend Nico Jackson, 35, popped the question to Kate’s little sister are being refuted.
While Pippa Middleton and her famous posterior are a fave topic for UK tabloids, the royal sister isn’t about to walk down the aisle, if contrary reports are to be believed.
According to Us Magazine, a source (unspecified) denied the reports of Middleton’s engagement, but the mag didn’t quote anyone as to why the spy says no wedding bells are yet in the works for Pippa.
Us explains:
“A Pippa Middleton wedding is not in the cards — yet. Reports claim that Kate Middleton’s younger sister is engaged to her boyfriend Nico Jackson, but a source tells Us Weekly that’s simply not the case.”
E! expressed skepticism over the Pippa Middleton engagement reports, as the star sis isn’t sporting a rock on her finger that’s visible from space. But the site also says that rumors suggest that’s merely a function of a long design lead time, adding:
“Rumors speculate that Pippa is ‘designing a ring’ and working on wedding preparations, something she’s well-versed in considering her line of work in party planning… Sources also say that the springtime nuptials are likely to take place at her parents’ Bucklebury home, with the ceremony held at the church nearby the estate.”
Pippa Middleton and her people haven’t addressed engagement rumors officially, but part of the scuttlebutt indicates that the plan is to keep the alleged betrothal under wraps for just a little while longer — in order to not steal Kate’s thunder following the July 22 birth of Prince George.
