Kim Zolciak Pregnant With Twins

Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak announced Monday that she is expecting twins with husband Kroy Biermann.

Zolciak confirmed that she was expecting her fifth child — her third with Biermann — in June. Now, the reality TV star has confirmed that she is actually expecting her fifth and sixth children.

“I was completely shocked. I had no idea,” Zolciak told E! News. “It was a natural conception but twins do run in the family so I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised.”

Zolciak added, “I can’t believe I am going to be a mom to six children. It’s going to be very busy but it’s a dream come true.”

The 35-year-old is already mom to 16-year-old Brielle and 12-year-old Ariana from a previous relationship, and whom Biermann recently adopted. With 27-year-old Biermann, she is mom to 2-year-old Kroy Jr. and 1-year-old Kash.

Zolciak said of Biermann’s relationship with her daughters, “I don’t know if I could love anybody else’s children as much as Kroy loves the girls. I just don’t know if I have it in me.”

Biermann said, “Before Kim and before the girls and before the boys, I lived a pretty regimented life. I’d wake up, eat breakfast, go to work, come home — it was pretty normal.”

But fatherhood changed that, he said.

“Now, my house isn’t going to be as clean as it was before, but it’s not important,” Biermann said. “Those things are not important and it’s all about prioritizing and understanding.”

This year hasn’t been entirely peachy for the Atlanta housewife. In March, Kandi Burruss sued Zolciak over the song Tardy for the Party. Burruss that she was never properly compensated for her work on the song. Tardy for the Party is credited to Zolciak’s daughter, but Burruss said she was the one who wrote it. She is suing for “damages for copyright infringement due to Defendants’ unauthorized and unlawful licensing, distribution and sale of Plaintiffs’ creative works.”

Burruss allowed Zolciak and her daughter to take a writing credit on the song, and said that she blamed herself for not putting the agreement in writing.
