Huge Truck Fire On Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge; Major Traffic Delays [Breaking]

News is just coming that a large truck caught fire on the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge in New York.

CBSNewYork is reporting that Firefighters are on the scene of a huge truck fire on the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge.

The truck caught fire on the outbound lower level of the bridge, causing a huge cloud of black smoke. Firefighters reportedly extinguished the fire around 11:40 a.m.

On the outbound level both lanes are closed. The inbound lower level is also closed.

There are no reports as yet of any deaths or injuries from this truck fire.
