Kim Kardashian KKK Baby Name Fears Revealed In New Clip

Kim Kardashian revealed in a new clip the reason why she didn’t end up giving her baby a name that started with a K. In the brief footage, you can see the Kardashians hanging around on a yacht during an early May family trip to Mykonos, Greece.

And by the way she looks huge. Kardashian reportedly gave birth to baby North West five weeks early, but I have to wonder about their math.

In any case, stepbrother Brody Jenner actually blurts out what would become the baby’s real name: “I’m feeling North. North West.”

But Kim Kardashian apparently hadn’t decided on that name just yet. She wanted to go along with the family tradition of using a K name.

But there’s a but.

“If we name our kid with a K name which we kinda wanted to do because we’re both Ks… then they’ll call us the KKK,” she fretted.

You’ll notice that Brody Jenner thought the idea was ludicrous. “That’s a little crazy.”

A Huffington Post blogger thought the same thing. “Are we really supposed to believe that Kim was concerned that the media was going to refer to her family as the KKK?”

Considering that Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, and baby North represent one of the highest profile interracial families in America, no one is going to confuse them with the white supremacy hate group.

Still, I don’t think her concern was all that misplaced. The number of Ks already in that family is getting a little nutty, and some people just can’t walk past a cheap shot.

I could see somebody trying on the nickname to see if they could get a rise out of the reality TV star. After all, who doesn’t love making fun of Kim Kardashian?

Don’t get me wrong. North West was a pretty stupid name. The kid’s going to end up changing that one too.

But it’s better than taking the chance on ending up nicknamed KKK. The next episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians will air on Sunday, so no doubt we’ll get even more looks at the baby babble then.

But it’s my opinion that Kim Kardashian’s KKK baby-naming fears were entirely reasonable. What do you think?
