Dildo Extinction Caused By Cruel Human Hunters, Says CNN Anchor [Video]

Dildo extinction. It isn’t something we like to think about, but humans actually hunted and killed off the dildo to the very last specimen centuries ago. It’s a disgraceful piece of human history that too many of us have blotted out–

Oh, wait.

Want to see a hilarious video where a CNN anchor just totally screws the pooch? See, I can say screw the pooch because I’m not on CNN.

But Johnathan Mann apparently had something to say about species extinction when he began to blither away about how extinction has always occurred. Exhibit A?

Dildo extinction. Caused by heartless human hunters who–

He does catch himself and realize that he meant to say “dodo.”

But it’s too late. The hilarious blooper is now caught on video and is well on its way to YouTube glory. Over 15,000 viewers have already snickered at the clip since it was published Tuesday.

You know, I’m not the biggest smooth-talker on the planet myself. And I wouldn’t normally invest a lot of time in making fun of guy for saying dildo instead of dodo.

But what’s your point, Mann? I mean, he’s blithering along saying this:

“Now extinctions, I don’t have to tell you, have been a part of the history of the world for millennia. And man-made extinctions have even happened before.”

“I guess we hunted the dildo into extinction…”

So if I suspect the dude of making the usual excuses and hand-waves about human beings wiping out other species due to our own carelessness, I’m not inclined to be real kind. We have a problem here, Houston, and this anchor’s mind is apparently back in the bedroom instead of on the job.

So I laughed at his blooper, and I give you my permission to do the same.

Dildo extinction is just for laughs — but our lost bird species extinctions are forever.
