Ric Flair Separation: Arrest Warrant Issued For Unpaid Spousal Support

Ric Flaire, the iconic pro wrestler, has been issued with an arrest warrant for failure to pay spousal support to his estranged wife, Jacqueline Beems.

It is reported that Flaire owes $32,000 to Beems but can avoid jail time if he pays the monies due to her.

He was originally ordered to pay $4,000 monthly in spousal support after she filed for separation last summer.

The pro wrestler stated a good case as to why he failed to make the monthly payments to Beems:

“The reason I didn’t pay my ex-wife the 32 grand is because my son died and I was in the hospital for a month. I was in the hospital for a month with a blood clot. I didn’t go to work for three months.”

It appears that Ric Flair intends to pay the money owed to Beems immediately, and, as his statement above proves, he did find himself in extenuating circumstances, and this seems to be the reason for his lack of payments.

For her part, the Charlotte Observer reported that Beems was charged this week for making a harassing phone call to Flair’s girlfriend.

Flair’s son, Reid Fliehr, 25, died tragically in March from an overdose of herion and other drugs. Poor Ric Flair has been dealing with the sudden loss of his son and was off work with a blood clot for the last three months.
