UFC 118 Edgar vs. Penn 2: Results and Video

The Ultimate Fighting Championship headed east to Boston this weekend for UFC 118: Edgar vs. Penn 2 at the TD Garden. As always, if you don’t want to know the results, skip straight to the video.

The top draw saw Frankie Edgar take on B.J. Penn for the UFC Lightweight Championship, and the bout went the full three rounds. Penn fans will be disappointed though, with Edgar taking the title on points.

The Heavyweight bout saw Randy Couture take on James Toney in what turned out to be a quick fight with Courture taking out Toney by submission just after the three minute mark.

• Welterweight bout: Nick Osipczak vs. Greg Soto

Soto defeated Osipczak via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28).

• Middleweight bout: Dan Miller vs. John Salter

Miller defeated Salter via submission (anaconda choke) at 1:53 of round 2. This bout aired on Spike TV after the Lauzon vs. Ruediger fight.
