Kim Kardashian Is ‘All In’ To Get Body Back, Says Trainer Tracy Anderson

Kim Kardashian recently had her first chilld, North West, with her boyfriend and popular rapper Kanye West. The 32-year-old has kept a low profile ever since having her baby, but her personal trainer recently spoke out about her plans to get her body back.

For now, Kardashian is enjoying the experience of being a mother, but eventually she will get back to work and get back in shape in the process. Her trainer Tracy Anderson is very confident in the star, which she opened up about during an interview with Us Weekly.

“It’s a tough time, and a lot of women feel like it’s a huge mountain to climb to get back, but Kim, surprisingly, has had the totally opposite reaction to other moms,” Anderson said. “She’s like, ‘We’re going to be so good. It’s fun, I feel great!’ She just loves the whole process.”

Anderson explained that she believed Kim Kardashian was going to be concerned about her weight after having the baby, but she went on to say that Kim is actually “excited to get started.”

There’s no telling when “baby Nori” will be introduced to the world, but you can be sure Kim will be looking her best once it actually happens. Anderson noted that their workouts won’t begin until five weeks after Nori’s birth, so you might not see the ever-so popular Kardashian step out for quite some time.

Nevertheless, Anderson revealed that Kim is very excited to get back into the swing of things in terms of her body.

“Kim is super motivated. She’s all in,” Anderson added. “Pregnancy is actually an opportunity for women to look better than ever. And [Kim] will.”

The training workouts will start at four days a week and eventually move up to five or six days. Tracy Anderson will personally be there to see her through it all.

Do you think Kim Kardashian will be in the best shape of her life after she begins training?
