Justin Bieber Rider, Selena Gomez Music Ban ‘Fake,’ Blasts Rep

An apparently leaked rider from a Justin Bieber photoshoot has been slammed as “fake” by the singer’s rep.

Among the demands on the now discredited document obtained and posted online by TMZ, were alleged instructions that no-one could speak to the teen singer at the shoot, ask for his autograph, use cell phones, along with an edict stating there could be “No Selena [Gomez] Music on set.”

The alleged rider contained no identifying information about which brand booked the shoot, the date of the job, or any kind of typical document headed details.

Alleged food requirements were also listed and included,”a large pack of Swedish Fish, Ritz Bits Peanuts Butter Sandwiches, Ritz Bitz Cheese Sandwiches and two large packs of Haribo cola gummies.”

Within hours of TMZ’s story going to press, Bieber’s rep told the Gossip Cop website that the rider was unconnected to the teen star and blasted it as “fake.”

However, the story has since gone around the world and may cement the “diva” meme foisted on the pop star during the London leg of his recently resumed Believe World Tour.

Because none of the main media outlets such as Mail Online, Entertainment Wise, New York Daily News, Belfast Telegraph, Mirror Online, E! Online and numerous others, fact checked with Bieber’s management, publicist, TMZ’s story went largely unchallenged for a number of hours.

[Note: To their credit E! Online, Entertainment Wise, and Perez Hilton were the first outlets to publish subsequent corrections after Gossip Cop’s initial report.]

But, even without the denial by Bieber’s rep, recent reported sightings of the “Boyfriend” star and Gomez at a late-night movie screening, suggest the ex-couple have remained friends and punches further holes in the ‘ban’ story.

According to reports, eyewitnesses saw the Spring Breakers actress and Bieber out at the Galleria ArcLight Theater in Sherman Oaks, Calif., on Thursday, June 27. The pair apparently watched the comedy This Is The End.

One eyewitness, who is also a Bieber fan, tweeted:

Elyashar subsequently posted a non-definitive picture of the supposed couple and told inquirers on Twitter that Gomez sat next to Bieber in the theater, insisting:

“I saw their faces when they got up and left.”

Another theater eyewitness, Cece De Mattos, told Celebuzz she was absolutely clear about Bieber being there but couldn’t confirm Gomez’s presence.

“He came in with four guys just before the movie started and sat in the front row,” Mattos said. “His bodyguard got him a ton of snacks and he put his sunglasses on before he sat down because there were so many people in the theater.”

“If Selena was there, she definitely snuck in,” she added.

Bieber was reportedly spotted by a group of girls in the movie theater who “rushed after” the 19-year-old when he left five minutes before the film’s end. However, the teen star did stop for at least one photo-op.

As for whether Gomez was in tow, the theater snapper eyewitness remains convinced that she was.

Into the mix of these developments, Bieber’s most recent comments in Us Weekly’s new collector’s bookazine reveal a level of maturity about relationships and break-ups some may find surprising.

On how to handle a failed romance, Justin said:

“As long as people are kind to each other during a breakup, there is no reason they can’t be friends,” adding that, “a lot of people give me relationship advice.”

The singer also told the magazine he wants to “get married and start a family” while he’s young.

Explaining that he sees his maternal grandparents “Bruce and Diane Dale” as his relationship role models, the Canadian said: “They love each other so much, after so many years! When I’m their age, I want to be as in love with my wife as my grandfather is with his.”

Contexted by a growing list of police investigations, lawsuits and media noise about his relationship status with Gomez and a certain Las Vegas waitress, Bieber revealed the best piece of advice he’s been given to date.

“Be patient and listen.” But the teen star did admit, “I’m still growing. I’m trying to be a better person every day.”

Bieber is next scheduled to perform at Denver’s Pepsi Center on June 30.
