James Gandolfini sadly passed away on Wednesday at the age of 51. Following Gandolfini’s death, his friends, family, and fans quickly took to the web where they shared their most fond memories of the actor.

From Tony Soprano in HBO’s The Sopranos to the voice of Carol in 2009’s Where The Wild Things Are, Gandolfini managed to rack up an impressive set of diverse characters during his 26-year career in tinsel town.

Gandolfini would go on to play bigger roles such as his turn as Tiny Duffy in All The Kings Men and the director of the C.I.A. in the hit 2012 flick Zero Dark Thirty.
