Panasonic To Announce Consumer Friendly 3D Camcorder

Panasonic is preparing to release a consumer friendly 3D camcorder in the next week, a first for the electronics giant.

While no specs are available at this time, they are expected to arrive next week with the official announcement of the device. The move allows Panasonic to extend their 3D reach which already included the VIERA plasmas HDTV line of TV’s in sizes ranging from 50 to 65 inches. Panasonic also offers 3D Blu-Ray Players.

If a non-consumer friendly version is more your thing, Panasonic does offer a 1080p 3D camcorder with twin lenses for working professionals and very serious home video enthusiasts. [via Electronista]
