GarminFone Gets Official For T-Mobile, Brings Android Love, Full HSPA


The GarminFone has been announced as a T-Mobile exclusive and the device brings Google Android goodness combined with Garmin navigation and plenty of connectivity options that should please most mobile users with traveling on the mind.

Among the devices features is a 3 megapixel camera with autofocus, a microSD expansion slot that holds up to 32GB, full 3G (HSPA) data connectivity and WiFi. The unit also features a 3.5-inch HVGA display with Garmin based navigation capabilities

The phone also comes bundled with navigation type accessories including a charging dash/windshield mount.

The phone is expected to launch this Spring, while no pricing has been made available. You can however add your name at http://garminfone.t-mobile.com/ and receive information about the imminent launch.
